How It Works
The tool counts calendar days: days remaining = target date − today, meaning today is excluded and the target day itself is included. If the target is tomorrow, it shows “1 day to go”; if the target is today, it shows “It's today!”. With “Repeats every year” enabled, the next occurrence is used: this year's date if it is still ahead, otherwise next year's. A February 29 anniversary is counted as March 1 in non-leap years.
Notes
All calculations use your device's local time zone and system date — make sure both are set correctly. Total hours are converted at 24 hours per day and do not account for daylight saving time changes.
